Some are ongoing — monthly advisory for an operator who needs a senior voice in the room but doesn't need a full engagement. Some are scoped around a specific decision, like a replatform or a platform selection.
Engagements begin with a conversation about what you're actually trying to figure out. We don't have a fixed methodology we apply to every client, because every client's situation is different. What we bring is thirty years of perspective on what works, what doesn't, and what the real tradeoffs are.
